This is why brushing after meals is important. You are right, as a Vegetarian I will not give up the berries, fruit, fruit juice (I juice my own except OJ), the seeds, or crunching ice! lol I know…I so bad sometimes! But the rest of the things I do not eat or consume.

Good post! My dentist also told me not to drink Gatorade anymore. It really messed up my teeth. Plus, it has a lot of salt and sugar.
